Bisa dibilang bahwa proses ini merupakan langkah yang harus dilalui sebelum mendapatkan rumah impian.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kenali-proses-akad-dalam-jual-beli-rumah\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kenali_proses_akad_dalam_jual_beli_rumah\"><\/span><strong>Kenali proses akad dalam jual beli rumah<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Setelah Anda melakukan pengajuan KPR atas hunian yang Anda pilih, pihak bank akan melakukan analisis keuangan terlebih dahulu. Jika pengajuan KPR Anda dinyatakan layak, Anda harus menandatangi SPPK (Surat Persetujuan Perjanjian Kredit). SPPK adalah bentuk persetujuan Anda atas penawaran kredit yang diberikan oleh bank. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mengingat nominal pembelian rumah termasuk besar, sangat penting bagi Anda untuk memahami prosedur akad jual beli KPR hunian Anda.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Baca secara teliti klausul di dalam perjanjian, apakah sudah sesuai dengan surat penawaran.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tanyakan informasi penting terkait biaya provisi, administrasi, dan asuransi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hindari menandatangani dokumen atau blanko kosong.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Teliti setiap poin yang tertuang dalam kontrak jual beli rumah. Sebagai alternatif, Anda bisa mencari penawaran KPR dari bank lainnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namun, apabila tidak ada keberatan dan proses akad dilanjutkan, berikut sejumlah dokumen yang akan Anda terima.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-perjanjian-kredit\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Perjanjian_kredit\"><\/span><strong>Perjanjian kredit&nbsp;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Perjanjian kredit berisi tentang peraturan terkait kesepakatan yang dibuat dengan pihak bank.
